The Statistic Act No.9 of 2011 has been pass on by Parliament and signed by the President in terms of Namibian constitution. The act provide for the development for the National statistic system and provide for its component and objectives; to establish the Namibia Statistic Agency and the Board of the Namibia Statistics Agency and provide for their power and functions.
